Your transformation of the paper is almost magical. I am always amazed with what you can achieve with little pots and jars and pads of textured color. Your comment about people falling asleep to your videos has prompted me to tell you about my dream. I watch you early in the morning, so falling asleep just never happens, but recently I was rewatching your waterfall series at night. I had spoken with my surgeon about my upcoming hip replacement that morning, and he had mentioned that the only difference from my first hip replacement would be that he would be using glue to anchor it instead of a bolt. I did fall asleep during your video, and in my dream I was sitting on the bed in the hospital before the operation, talking with my doctor, when the door flew open and you came into the room. You apologized for interrupting, but explained to my surgeon that you are an expert on glue and needed to remind him that he should use FabriTac instead of Art Glitter Glue because it secured heavy items better, and bones are heavy. I woke myself up laughing.

Tons of fun. I love the finabar waxes. The different waxes do different things on different colors of backgrounds. It’s worth watching their videos to learn where they work best. Being in Colorado at high altitude, I don’t love the new tubes they come in. The tins like you have work better for me anyway but they aren’t easy to find anymore. The tubes seem to be under too much pressure after being shipped here and you lose a lot of product when you open them. Initially I thought it would be ok after the first time opening, however mine seem to just waste more each time. Hopefully they go back to the tins because it’s an AMAZING product!

Good morning, Gayle. Yesterday we went to Harrisburg, the Capitol city of PA. It's about an hour and a half away. We don't have a Costco where I live, only a Sam's Club. And we got a membership a few months ago as I needed a new computer and Costco had the best deal. So, we went down to do a little shopping. After, we went a bit more South to an area known as the apple belt of PA, with several Apple Orchards. We had never been before, but this one Orchard has over 70 varieties, including Braeburn, my hubby's favorite. He could get Braeburn's easily from Costco when we lived in Alaska. But here, they are hard to find. This place did have several types, but the Braeburn's won't be ready for a few weeks. But we got some others and some pears; a variety I've never had before. There is nothing like fresh apples and pears. They were so juicy and delicious. Yum! We were glad we went. I can see you are getting ready for your Christmas journal making. A favorite for me, as are the Falltime ones. Anyway, have a wonderful day. Enjoy the rain, as I know you so well need. Hugs! Sue ♥

I don’t. The modeling paste stays put, so no need to seal. But, if it makes you more confident in your cover, then you can always seal it. 👍❤️

I’d worry about that too. 😬. What if you spread paint on a non stick surface like a silicone mat and then sort of smooshed the stenciled paper on top of it? Hmm, I’m going to have to try that! 🤔❤️

You see ugly fall scrapbook paper and say let’s turn it into Christmas journal cover. I see ugly scrapbook paper and say let’s put it in the donate box. I am getting my Cathy Holden together though. I made my journal cover with her Christmas fabric that I bought on a whim when I was looking for something else and I’ve got a pack of her paper and two packs of the ephemera, I didn’t get the stickers as I’m not much of a sticker person so we’ll see when I actually get around to it. I should probably wait for you to do yours so I can be non-creative and just copy you 😅. I know you’re going to Denver in a day or two so have a great trip ✈️.
