Hi Vicky! I was able to order the missing items from your latest collection including these wood shapes which are perfect to add dimension to the tags. I’ve enjoyed watching you create with your products although it still takes me off guard when you use your dye inks over paint. I’ll have to play with that idea to see if I get better results than I used to as I always use archival inks when stamping over acrylic paint. Your tag is lovely and your background is a beautiful night sky. Thanks for sharing your creativity and inspiration. Have a great day! 🙂

use what you have and are comfortable with, blending permanent ink isn't as easy as dye ink though .. that's why I avoid it... it dries faster and you can't move it witht he blending brush as easily to get a smoother look. But for stamping it is perfect and you don't have to worry if you add wet mediums on top later on.

I love how this turned out. The colors and style. I bought " Secret Diary" and can't wait to start crafting. One question. Why didn't you paint the wood leaves? And if you did, what color would you paint them?

adding extra color would make it look busy so I decided to go nutral. If I had to add color... I would go with gold to match the details on the night sky ... or that sage green to match the color on the paper leaves.
