Loved her team. They expand more on her character in the series Twilight Wings, episode 5 specifically (even though she appears in the first episode). It's here on KZbin. Don't know if this can be counted as spoilers or not, but you find out that she's an overworked employee that used to work as a talented researcher before Rose found her and took her in as his assistant. The end of the episode shows that she just really wants to spend her time (all of which is sapped up by her responsibilities) researching Pokemon, not necessarily running Rose's company.

Hot take: Gen 8’s entire motive & team was the weakest in the series and they could’ve gone with the knight themed evil team and used the two False kings (in postgame) as the main villains easily! They were probably overthinking things and everything went horribly wrong.
