Actually, it's heavily implied that Arceus couldn't have given less of a shit about the life that originated in the universe after it was formed. Until the ancient hero befriended the first Pokemon struck by Giratina's lightning and literally walked up to god screaming "HEY, WE EXIST" so loud that it listened.

@@frescopino7866 where is this said? arceus does quote the hero who came before us but it was never said that arceus didn't care about the world or the universe since he banned giratina a few centuries ago because he was extremely violent but he could have just ignored it like a father who doesn't care for the children's actions but he obviously cares

@Frescopino no it's implied, more like out right stated Arceus saw humans as children. He never trusted his creations cause they are too young and naive but the hero changed his mind, he sees them as equals now but still looks at evil ones with scorn.

The sudden drum riff when the fight starts absolutely sells this for me, no fancy into or build up, this theme reminds you that this was the same pokemon who baited you into thinking you beat volo

You could have done that by rematching Dialga/Palkia at the Temple of Sinnoh anyway though.

@@Noctis-fr3uc Yes. You have to first beat Arceus, then you go to the spot where you played the Azure Flute. Your Arc Phone will start beeping and you'll be asked if you want to rematch Origin Palkia, Dialga, or Arceus. No difference from the first battle except Dialga/Palkia are Level 85 and Arceus is Level 100. You earn exp candy from it.

This is honestly giving me some Pantheon of Hallownest vibes. Next thing you know, there'll be a final battle against "Absolute Arceus" if you manage to defeat all these fights without dying.

Make multiple Pantheons, make a battle Rush, something like Pantheon of Nature Forces, Pantheon of Day & Night, Pantheon of Creation and once you have all of them: Patheon of Hisui, where you battle all Pantheons combined in one run. And this would def be great with the final battle being Absolute Arceus. Too bad, we'll probably never get to see an Arecus new form, as they're likely closing the chapters on Hisui.

The only reason the battle against Giratina was that hard was because you weren't healed and had to deal with both forms.

Considering that Arceus has been shown to create a newborn Dialga/Palkia/Giratina in the Sinjoh Ruins, it makes sense. Especially since Dialga and Palkia have been canonically stated to have their powers over time and space weakened upon getting caught in a Poke Ball, so naturally, Arceus would make new ones so that time and space can continue functioning as normal.

4:58 Arceus, actively trying to fuck you over by (Legend plate) Judgement being dragon type instead of fairy type, if you use judgement, turning you into a dragon type, Palkia would just clap you with a dragon type move, fairy is way better in this situation

@@aSh-pi1in Definitely needs some tweaking because Fairy-type is immune to Dragon-type and hits Palkia super effectively (both offensively and defensively it's better than Dragon-type)

I don't think so...Arceus is faster than Palkia...Arceus can OHKO Palkia with Judgment. He just use hyper beam because the judgment's pp is 0

I started with just arceus in my party and I’ve just been one shoting everything with calm mind and judgement then if my health ever does go down slightly I just recover side note, its SOOOOOOOOO satisfying to one shot garitina after he gave me so much trouble in the Volo fight
