Well, it depends on what your objective is. If you're trying to get a Complete entry for each of your Pokemon in your pokedex, then you should ensure that you do extra things (like feeding them, or catching them from the back) as you catch each one to earn the full ten points for a completed entry. Otherwise, simply catching them will add them to your dex and give you credit for catching them.

Still no clue as to find mount coronet. Been using a magnifying glass to try and locate. Like its just vanished off whatever map its on of which i cant remember which one. So going round in circles getting nowhere.

Ummm...I'm not sure what level you're at, but you need to make sure you're at least level 50 (on average) first. Next, whatever mission you're on should give you an in-game marker for the region where that quest can be completed. You're looking for Mt. Coronet for what purpose? If you're on a quest, just go to the quest marker. To answer your question simply, to go to the final encounter area (end of main story), head to the Coronet Highlands and head to the very top of your map. You should see the Temple of Sinnoh and Cloudcap Pass already marked on your map. If you don't, then you shouldn't be trying to get here at this point. To the southeast of Cloudcap Pass you should see a cave marked on your map as well. This cave, which is actually a tunnel, is the only way to reach the Temple of Sinnoh, and that's your final destination, the temple. Just follow the linear path, and things should start to look somewhat familiar to you if you've played Pokemon BDSP or the original Sinnoh games.
