That Ambien is wicked stuff. A friend was prescribed it and she started getting up in the morning and finding fast food containers on her kitchen table. She wondered how they got there. A few days later, she woke up and found her car was gone. She thought someone stole it. It turned out she was "sleep driving" because of the Ambien, which the manufacturer admitted was a side-effect. One was supposed to take it and then go right to bed and stay in bed. What would happen is that one would take it and either not go right to bed or go to bed and then get up "to do something." Then the Ambien would rapidly kick in and put them in a dream-like state. My friend had been driving to a fast food place, ordering something to eat and taking it home and eating it. She had absolutely no recollection of doing so. Her missing car had not been stolen. She had crashed it driving back from a fast food place, the police came, towed the car and gave her a ride home. She had no recollection of that either. The drug's manufacturer has since changed their formula to a "slow release" type to reduce such reactions but, as we see here, it can still happen.

This tiresome comment is always assured thumbs-up from all the bootlickers. The fact is, going at highway speeds, no one can hear the siren until the unit is basically on them. If you're traveling 60-70/MPH, a vehicle doing 110-120/MPH can be on your ass before you have time to do another reasonable mirror check. Then you have to process the situation and make sure you can safely do a lane change.

My best friend was 4'10". Funny thing is, she worked in law enforcement while she was in college, both campus police and also part time in SID with the sheriff's office. College was in a hilly area, and the cars the campus cops used for patrol were (early 70s) Plymouth Furys. The number of calls they got for one of those Furys driving itself uphill while she was on patrol was a common.joke with her mates. Her other funny story was from her firearms training when they were practicing line if sight shooting, using generic 6 foot silhouette targets. Her instructor, who later commanded the county's SWAT team, told her (while her male colleagues all grabbed their crotches and groaned) "Amy, you may never kill anyone in the line of duty, but you'll sure maim them for life!"

Then he buys 2 off a neighbor to take the day he goes for renewal script so it shows up in his urine.

I am 5 foot 2 my gas/brake pedal has a button my pedals come off the firewall to get closer to me. So I don't need to sit close on steering wheel safer for if airbags deploy. Her seirra has same function guessing. I had to search a few dealers to find one. I had 2 big wishes for hubby to find me a truck power pedals and easy open tail gate so if I loaded something in my truck bed and no fear of a busted nose ... some tail gates open fast and hard. I got the power pedals/step bumper/easy open tail gate. . I would have loved red or black and sunroof but can't have everything 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆

It puts people into this strange dream-like state where they're not fully conscious and won't remember anything that happened when they regain consciousness. In other words she's probably so messed up she doesn't even realize it

Ambien!!! Nope! I took it for a short time years ago and quickly realized it was not for me. I had conversations with my husband that I didn’t remember. The final straw was one night (I had gone to bed before him)…..I heard his pager go off, I took it to him, then got the cordless phone-handed it to him and went back to bed. Didn’t remember any of it the next morning. No more ambien for me!

one: not everyone gets easily sedated; in fact some people are very difficult to sedate. i know; i had a surgical procedure awake because they couldnt knock me out when i was 17. two: nobody said she tood ambien during the day. that being said, she was clearly falling asleep. it was also clear her cough remained uncontrolled. unless she remembers, which she probably doesnt, we will never know exactly what she did. anything else is just guessing. doesnt matter because impaired is impaired.

How does that happen? In the sub picture you see the driver in the back of the ASP car as it leaves the scene and you can see her truck and the ASP unit on the side of the road. But in the ASP unit that is directly behind the truck where you can see his dash cam of the traffic going by you never see the ASP unit hauling the driver away from the scene go thru the frame of the picture.
