Definitely need to make more of these videos! Keep it up. I’m a volunteer doing broadcast audio at my church.

Noted! What about this was particuraly helpful for you?
@coolceeofficialmusic76088 ай бұрын
Yes for once a decent mix on the Wing and sound reminds me of the Bleacher. Do also mix bands and if you do post those as well. I am going to recommend this gets posted in behringer wing music studio production group.

Hey Zack , do you have a video breaking down the stream deck with the wing? I’ve been trying to figure out this past month how to get FX to only follow the lead singer like how you’re using it here

I put together a short video here that should help get you started: kzbin.infoHncTpJ7mB6Q I could also walk you through it over a zoom call: calendly.com/churchmediatraining/strategy-call

Was there any processing or samples done in the box before going to the mixer, or was this straight from the stage?? Everything sounds great!
@ZachBrownMedia4 ай бұрын
Straight from the stage! We do run a Pearl Mimic Pro for our drums though.. so those do sound more processed than an acoustic kit

Differnet Soundsystem, sound different. Absolutley normal. This is why music is mastered. When mixing live, this is not the goal, but rather to optimally adjust the existing speaker system. In my opinion you did a good job.

For sure! A live mix will never be 100% perfect. Appreciate it!

How do you get your rta to look like that ?
@ZachBrownMedia9 ай бұрын
In RTA settings you can change a bunch of parameters.. it took me a while to figure out this stuff as well haha - kzbin.info/www/bejne/pYmsiWWBeKt2eNU

I don't know what it is, but why are you killing the drums with gates and compressors and so much reverb? I bet they sound way better without. Go and stand behind the drummer, and listen to the set and how he wants it to sound and then go to the mixer and let them sound like they really do. Ever considered using Sub-Groups for mixing?

If I went and stood behind the drummer I wouldn’t hear much.. it’s an electric kit
