I really enjoy the spontaneity of your sketching methods. I learned water color from a photo realist . this is so nice I like the blue lines for the background bldgs. created that sense of distance.

Thank you so much 😀 I think the background buildings in blue is actually where the whole turning point for this sketch was. So funny how something totally unplanned and spontaneous can turn out to be the total game changer!

@tarias_sketchy_adventures yes it definitely made the whole thing pop.... you gave me a great idea with this method though also because I sketch from holidays to make it a diary but I also collect the tickets from events we have attended, shows we have seen etc. I am going to incorporate them into the travel diaries now but using this method rather than just storing them at the back of the book! 👌
