Mixing Ink for Letterpress Printing ASMR

Been there, done that! It is disheartening to miss the desired colour, but it is easily rectified. I was always taught to put the darkest colour to the lightest in small amounts. Then do a pat test (dab your finger on the edge of the colour blob and pat out) add the darker colours by eye, its the best way. From a letterpress printer/compositor of many years standing.

Thanks moog! I'm going to try to make the next ink mixing video with more mixing and less weighing, and maybe a more vibrant colour too.

Thank you for the video! can you please tell me how do you convert percentage numer on the pantoner in grams for your scale. Fors 100 grams or 1000 grams inks per example.
