Of course you can always use additives to reduce the water content giving you a stronger mix or less cement use. You find that putting the fibre in with the first water will mix it better. Just saying.

I never seen concrete made without sand you have nothing to hold the stone together it will definitely crack

It has fine dust in the stone mix so same structure as stone and sand. It’s 22mm stone all the way down to dust. Only difference is it’s one type of material. All limestone
