Sir kindy have a look at that question. the answer should be ... below the line 8x4 = 32 ltrs milk + above the line 8 ltr milk as 13 ltr removed (8:5) so 13ltr / 8+5, 1p = 1. so 8 ltr milk total 32 + 8 ltr milk = 40 ltr milk Also i would like to thank you for the way you teach... At 59:05 , the method used is correct. And the answer is given. In the question, we are asked to give the quantity of milk removed from mixture and not the quantity of removed mixture. Hence Quantity of mixture removed from mixture= 42 ml Quantity of milk removed from mixture=27 ml Why? Because M:W=9:5 THEREFORE, 9+5=14 parts And considering 42 ml is removed, hence amount of milk removed will be (9/14) *42=27 ml Hope this helps!!!
