Atom Controller & Ableton Live Working Together

What’s the advantage of using an Atom controller vs another one ? Or is it just personal preference?

It's just a Personal preference. Because I use the Atom for Studio One 4 & Push 2 with Ableton Live. But sometimes I use Atom with both DAWs or the Push 2 with both Softwares. So really, it's whatever I'm feeling that day. The larger pads on the Atom is nice for drumming though
