The Government of India must initiate the Metro Rail Project in every city of India, funding the total infrastructure and technology under a special SPV with the State Governments for operational purposes. Otherwise these projects get delayed beyond reasonable period of time due to hapazard financial situations of the State Governments.

Earlier metro was built by Congress only trs govt dragged the project and opened after 2.5 year's during their regime

@anilkumarvallabhaneni5573 but it took more than 10years to complete the project, Kcr govt took advantage to complete the project successfully in 2 years and it is big achievement. In TS nobody believes congress with the present situation what they are doing. We don't have beliefs on congress. Totally wasted 5 years by TS blindness decision.
