I nearly broke when you said “Its okay to cry”. I’m so glad you said that. When my brother passed everyone around me kept telling me to be strong and after we buried him I kept getting comments from family and friends telling me how strong I was. Deep down I wasn’t. I didn’t allow myself to feel how I was feeling and to cry. I felt pressure to keep it together for my family when I was breaking inside. This would later cause me to go through a very hard time dealing with our loss. A year later one of my girlfriends Dad passed. A day after they buried him I bumped into her at the cemetery whilst visiting my brother. She greeted me with the biggest smile. I walked up to her and gave her a hug and simply said “let it out” she held on to me so tight and started to wail and cry out. We hugged and cried together. I saw myself in her during the process of burying her Dad. Now in hard times like this I don’t tell people to be strong. Allow yourself to grieve and just like you said it’s okay to cry 🤍

I tear up watching your vlogs since your mom passed. I lost my mom Dec 1, 2022 to renal failure. She’s been on hemo for 11 blessed years but had her battles and one was random bleeding too. I never had the chance to say bye but thankful vlogging allowed me to also capture her and her cooking, etc. Hardest for me is to NOT cry because you are trying to be strong and then finding yourself with a few minutes to yourself and you can’t hold it in no more. Definitely is okay to cry it out. Praying for you in the grieving journey. It doesn’t go away, but it will get better. I still have a hard time but it’s the good memories that continue to help heal the pain. Happy birthday to Miya and Kiera! Hello Judy, I’ve been watching you since the younger years, and the one thing I apparent the most about your channel is how down to earth and genuine you are. I wanted to just tell you that I can’t imagine how you are feeling with the loss of your mother. I have such a close relationship with my mom, I always say she is like the other half of my heart, but anytime I just think that she’s not around on this realm I immediately tear up, so I can’t even imagine the feelings you’re experiencing? My advice is take all the time to grieve and don’t feel bad for crying, it’s better to release those sad feelings than to bottle them. You also seem to have an amazing support system!! Thank you again for your channel and your openness and for your vulnerability with all of us, your showing that you’re a wonderful human being. 😊

Hi Judy, I am a Filipina too and i experienced what you were feeling at this time. You were close to your mom and so was I. She was living with me. My mom died in 2005 unexpectedly and even up to this time, at times, she will come in to my dreams and I will wake up crying. And I sympathize with you and your family and continue to pray.
