Great reaction, I love how knowledgeable you are with the lore and characters. One thing to note: any romance between Cregan and Jace are all in the minds of shippers that think any friendly interaction is flirting. In the lore, they simply became friends and made a marriage pact between Cregan's son and Jace's first born daughter.

one thing that helped me understand rhaenys not killing the greens is the term “kinslayer.” its pretty much a curse known throughout westeros that u bring onto your family once u kill a family member and your house goes under. so rhaenys was not about to take that on in a war that isn’t hers i hope we’ll hear more of the term this season and what it means

Apparently it’s only been 10 days since Viserys died. Its kinda silly because Jace would not be able to get those alliances with the north and the Vale in such a short time. But we know how time works in this show

@@eatatmoes86 but book wise though he was in the north for a while, I’m going by that time line because even after a hard birth like that Rhaenyra would be in bed for at least a day or two minimum. (And Jace’ hair growth etc) I just think it’s skipping the time aspect of it since we are following only one storyline now, just like the end of GoT we caught up with everyone and only followed the same timeline to progress the plot

And once again Criston Cole has failed miserably at his job as a royal guard, instead of guarding the doors to Helaena's and her children's room, he is in bed with Alicent while Helaena's son is being killed.

cole is one of my fav characters because he's so fun to hate but i think where he went wrong is not that he wasnt guarding helaena's room but that he didnt make sure that someone else was. he's alicent's sworn protector so he should be with her at all times and they could bounce like rabbits all they want, but as lord commander he should've made sure there were other guards there. even after episode 2 the show still didnt explain why that floor was cleared out.

Aegon is a pretty good father to his kids, it probably stems from the fact that he felt unloved and unvalued by his own father who spent the majority of aegon's life doting over his sister and heir apparent. He feels he was not trained for this job he is just trying to make up for it with his own son. I think he resents viserys for not being a good enough father to him and is trying to do better for his own son

good to see Winterfell again. So far, we see a conflict within both sides after the Aftermath of season 10 with Lucery death. Jace trying to get support from the North. The Black's as Rhaenyra is grieving. Daemon want to go to war with them. As he and Rhaenya disagree on how their approach against Team Green. On the Green's we see how Aegon is as the king. As their is a conflict between him and his grandfather Otto on how to run things. As Larys Strong notice as he sowed seeds into Aegon. As Helena warns Aegon, concern should be the rats (spies) and not the black's. I'm surprised that Aegon show love for his son despite not disciplining them. But I guess Aegon showing love to his son is something he never got from his,father. First Sir Cirston hated being Rhaenyra sex toy, but now he's Alicent damn I didn't see that one coming. I think Otto knows with the way he looked as Alicent and Cirston Cole enter the room. Alicent feeling not appreciated as she part of the table of men. As she feel Aemond and Aegon don't listen to her. Especially after she expressed disappointment in Aemond for causing this war. I love the Velaryon theme song. I feel bad for Rhaenyra after seeing the remains of Lucery dragon Arrax which was confirm by the Black Ravens. In which resulted in her wanting Aemond dead. As Daemon leaves to go to Kings landing where he finds two men Cheese and Blood who he knew through talks with the White Worm. As he paid him to assassinate Aemond. I’m so excited for the reactions! Miya is back with a new show yes 🔥 My honest opinion: Aegon isn’t a bad king, he just needs good counselors. (And he’s a better father than Viserys was 😩) At this point he has the advantage with the wealthiest houses supporting him, bigger dragons, and a solid claim as well. Honestly, if Rhaenyra just enjoyed her life at dragon stone while Aegon ruled I wouldn’t mind. Unfortunately everyone on this show is terrible. So. Aemond started the first move but Daemon literally made sure the war happens 😩 different sides, same coin with those two

In the book she did have three kids. They made her choose one of the boys or they would ** the girl, she chose the youngest in hopes he wouldn’t know but they told him she wanted him dead and then killed the eldest. Tbh I’m not team green or black, that’s what started this war in my mind, I’m just team targaryen lol whoever wins good on them. I do want Aegons wrath though, at this point spice it up and burn them all haha😅
