Have a question do knotless braids cause the white knot (from build up product such as jam at the root) never had knotless braids but when I use to get box braids and wear them for only 3 weeks the white knot would be at my root and make my hair fall out..

My 2020 ended terrible and 2021 started with me finding out I possibly have pcos but I’m pushing through 😌

I have pcos and to be honest its not as bad as I thought. Its not life threatening, you just have cysts on your ovaries which means you can carry a baby to full term or you'll miscarry. You just learn to live with it to be honest. I can only say do your research if that's what will make you feel better. Keep your head up and you will get through this.

@@gabbyjanise Thank you. Yes I’ve been doing research watching a lot of videos on it and if I have it I believe I would be okay. It’s really the uncertainty of not actually knowing for me. I’ve had the pcos panel done and all the labs came back normal except I have high testosterone levels.

One of the symptoms is having an extremely heavy period that last longer then your normal days. With me when I went to the bathroom and it was like a murder scene(tmi)thats when I knew something wasn't right. It doesn't help that the drs look at you and make assumptions, just find a supportive person or even a therapist to talk to.
