Just discovered this gem of an artist. I'm feeling kind of bad for being so late?? Anyways, I was wondering where to start from
@ShonenBeats2 жыл бұрын
What? Miyavi's art is loved in the whole world since 2000 (at least). Listening to Pop Is Dead for the first time when in 2004 was a huge life changer for me.

Internet is sleeping on many things and so many more artists that need recognition... But all i see is well what everyone sees
@katecat95972 жыл бұрын
tbh .- im glad that there are still "famous" artists to us , that does´nt belong to ALL people of this world . so many bands and artists on this planet are still not discovered , but are a treasure if you discover them for yourself . i had the chance to see miyavi live , and it blew my mind . I think it would be a shame if there would be more "fame" to an artist and probably "ruin" an already great artist due to more work , since more fans and more fame also mean more pressure to a human being . Miyavi is a hard working Label /Brand / and many people work under this name - im glad i discovered Miyavi AGES ago like idk , 18 years ago and can follow the path it will take - and since Miyavi also took foot in Anime-Music - which i love a lot - i´m sure people notice even more. i´m also sure people admire him , and im also glad that this label isn´t overrun like others

There are moments in my life I sometimes forget how much I've loved Miyavi. And then I randomly remember and start listening to his older stuff and then decide to randomly youtube him and see that he's still producing amazing music and I fall all over again.

So different from the Miyavi that I discovered 10 years ago! But I like both the old Miyavi and new Miyavi, naturally he matured and his music matured with him. ^^

Guard You Leave you lying in your bed Black rain is in my head As the sun fills the blue sky There is danger on the horizon We can’t stay to see this war So I’ll move you to the shores Where you’ll be so far from home *** Sa-ku-ra Is falling down *** This is the way to guard you To be far away from you I’ll do anything to take away the pain that harms you And count every second til skies are blue Now we have to face our fears It might turn our smiles to tears But we’re right on the front line So for now we can’t reunite I keep dreaming of the past But it just never lasts How I wish time could go back konnani sekai wa hareteru no ni ima mo, kokoro ha, nureta mama koboreru namida wa, sono mama de ii me o tojireba, ano koro ni, modoreru kara

I know! I was considering the drastic difference from his VK days (mostly because his new haircut reminds me of "Miyavism") It's very Minimalist but still got that epic Miyavi sound. I like what he's experimenting with now (his most recent stuff has been epic!), but I will always love his older stuff too. :3

I still remember the Due'le Quartz times, what a transition i can't erase that image of him crying and rocking on that last DLQ concert... but I have loved and will love anything he does, pretty admirable to see al these different faces from him (not gay, i just admire him and his music xD)

is it me...or does it looks like he's singing about the NUCLEAR WAR that's about to happen with North Korea.....Japan and South Korea will be Kim's first targets.....this song makes perfect sense if u think bout it, lots of people will have to relocate their families elsewhere to save themselves from certain destruction. But this song was made 2 years ago, so that would mean he predicted the future lol

Echoing most of the fans here. Been listening to Miyavi back in 2007 onwards. And I just had a session of old school (in my books/ nostalgia) Miyavi music and this is a surprising change.
