Doubt, exactly because of his line of work. Pro players in Korea train upwards of 20 hours per day, living and breathing the game all day all year. The only time they'd get exposures like these videos is during their short breaks, and on those, Faker had stated that he either plays music instruments or reads. The possibility of him stumbling onto one of these videos is extremely low. Not zero, but low.
