Like, he considers himself better than Luce, but the game makes it really clear that neither of them is better than the other; they're both selfish, faith-driven people (they both worship gods, while ultimately failing to uphold the idea that god represents) and are willing to murder countless people to get what they want. The difference is Luce sees herself as the victim and doesn't acknowledge the pain she causes, while Cynte is fully ok admitting he causes suffering, and he just thinks its worth it.

Glad to hear you updated the final boss fight! I had managed to beat it originally by speedrunning the heck out of the fight so that I wouldn't get overwhelmed by spawns. Really cool that you kept speedrunners in mind as well!

You might not see this. But I want to suggest something. When you start the game with the guy's limbs being removed immediately. Can you make it look like the monsters are playing tug of war with his limbs instead? Make it where he is being tug around and that you can slowly see that his limbs is slowly getting overstretched and starting to tear apart, until suddenly one of his limbs get ripped apart, and a few seconds after, the rest of his limbs get ripped apart as well? I think doing that will help make the game more immersive and brutal as well. (That's what I think anyways. The game itself is good👍, and I can't wait to see if more will be added to the story)

Its a great game. I'd love a map maker. The final boss was great because you could take a massive amount of time if you needed to. Not to crazy about the Tele-hunter not being able to be convinced to go away for a level, but over all its a manageable obstacle. Very well made. Well worth the $15 Aud I spent on it.

gotta say, i didn't find the last boss hard, it was more about not knowing what to do, then discovering that you just need to rush it with the shotgun also had a lot of trouble with the stalker, but at that point i was still playing in a more methodical way.
