That flat head Ford is running on about 5 or 6 cylinder's. I own'ed a few of them, they idle so smooth all you could hear was the fan. I know that is loud, but it should run smooth. 100 hp , have fun , be carefull guy's

you know someone who's good working with sheet metal could build a new body for that carrier. With some work the bugs can be worked out of it as well.

@hunna122, it already has a v8 in the thing you might as well put another v8 in it. i like inline 6 engines better, but for this it would be cool to use a v8, why not.

how its controlled has no effect on how it steers. they probably t hought more people would be used to a wheel so they stuck one in there. it still turns on track speed differential, so its turning radius is effectively the same.

just tear that old flat head down and run through it. you could rebuild the whole motor for 200 bucks.
