In an angle straight out of the sports entertainment playbook, AEW World Champion MJF makes his triumphant return from his beat down at the hands of Bullet Club Gold, driving an ambulance to the Kia Forum to defend his title against his nemesis Jay White in the main event of Full Gear.
Throughout the show, AEW had teased the possibility of a legitimately injured Adam Cole somehow defending the title in Max’s place.
