Michael always had incredible respect for classic musicians; I think he was very nervous meeting a star tenor like Pavarotti. Plus don't understanding what they were saying! It amazes me everytime, how shy and humble he appears, mostly thinking that other people are way bigger than him. Two kings right here, may both of them rest in peace. They made this world so much brighter with their art and passion.

It's the same way I act, since I originally started learning classical but went my own way I still have mass respect for classical singers, whenever I meet them we always have amazing discussions and it's a great learning harmony -- Michael was such a strong force in multiple aspects and definitely showcases the power of talent and immensene dedication to your craft

A duet we almost ever had. Michael Jackson was initially one of Pavarotti's guest performers at the concert for the refugees of Guatemala and Kosovo in 1999. Hence they all sang "We are the World" together with the legendary tenor at the finale. However, Michael had to last-minute cancel his flight to Italy for the gig as his son was very ill at the time. RIP to both the maestro of music, Michael Jackson and Luciano Pavarotti
