I've had 3 spine surgeries. In each case, the doctor had me out of bed and walking the next day following surgery. Furthermore, the pain medication was only for 10 days. This guy is full of crap, as there is no reason that he can't appear by zoom after the end of the pain medication.

@@DEBORAH4-ut9sz I had back surgery (laminectomy) in 1987 on a Friday afternoon. I spent Saturday flat on my back, on a morphine drip. On Sunday they came to get me out of bed ("what the!?" I thought at the time) to take three steps away from the bed and back again. A week later I was at home (alone). Another week after that I was back at work, at my desk job. I had a 7 inch incision at the base of my spine. I asked the surgeon "why such a big incision?" to which the answer was "We don't do keyhole surgery on the spine." Good answer. In 2009 I had back surgery again (microdiskectomy). I had prolapsed S1, occluding about 50% of the spinal canal. Six hours after surgery I got out of bed to go for a pee, and thought "that was quick." My symptoms (which included partial paralysis and sensory loss in my legs) had completely cleared up already. The paperwork said I could have symptoms for as long after surgery as I had them before. So I was expecting a couple of months until I was good (surgery had been delayed by scheduling issues). I had two nights in hospital, and a 3.5cm incision. It would have been 2.5cm if they didn't have to go through the previous scar. In the intervening 22 years the technology and techniques had improved to the point where keyhole surgery on the spine was routine. If this guy was as bad as claimed, he would still be in hospital, unless they sent him home to get her out of their hair. I can imagine her trying to tell the medical staff how to manage his treatment.

You need to know what your HIPAA rights are especially in Family Court where those JuDas$ JuDges$ abuse their authority by ordering mental evals by the JuDges$ psychologists who are not credentialed in family therapy and it is your right to chose your own doctor unless it's a criminal matter and your competence is questioned by the court to determine if you're able to stand trial. Our family was in divorce and we had our own family therapist but the Judge ordered we see his psychologist and I objected based on my HIPAA rights whereby the Judge was pissed but he relented or I would appeal. We call these psychologist$ and GAL$ who work for the Judge court whore$ as their clients are funneled to them by JuDas$ JuDges$ who abuse their Authority by trampling on parental rights. Long standing blue run states are the most corrupt from my experience + over 20 years of research

When I took driver's training class, there was one kid who signed up who didn't show until the last class. He showed up with his mother who had a ton of excuses why he didn't show up. The instructor refused to include him and she became irate, he finally showed her the door and she was angry. When the door shut on the two of them, every one of us laughed our heads off at her. Karen Johnson reminded me of that woman. She was figuratively holding her husband's hand, making excuses for him and yelling at the instructor/judge for not buying her nonsense. If Karen and Mr. Karen were telling the truth, she should have come on the Zoom call and apologized for her husband's condition and that they wouldn't be able to proceed. She would have stated the doctor's name, the procedure, the medication he is on and would have given the judge the phone number to the doctor. She wouldn't have been playing the "I'm the Attorney of Fakt" game.
