You are in favor of people breaking the rules multiple times, continuing to get out, etc....What exactly is the point of having a justice system then? It stops being a justice system at some point. This girl is playing the judge, she knows it, and has ZERO intention on only doing what she feels like.....if I was wrong, she wouldn't have broken the rules set in place when he let her out in the first place to parade around Europe.

@@UnchainedAmerica correct. you must understand that in most circumstances the recourse to this is often not remand to custody for months on end while awaiting trial or plea agreement. rather you will usually see a tightening of the bond conditions. if she violates them again she may well be remanded

You are either willfully ignorant or just plain stupid. All those things you are calling "special treatment" are actually unattainable to your average person going through this court. In a Utopic world all would be hunky dory if all this stuff could be attained, but alas most of it is not free, and would put undue burdens on your average court goer. She just appears to have the means for the monitors, testing & psych evals. You give that "special treatment" to most they'll be back quickly because they can't afford to do all those things, and they won''t get done, violating their bond conditions.

I'm always wary of the "no weapons". Thankfully, I don't live in the US so guns are nowhere near as prevalent but many years ago I was part of a team aiding the recovery of a man who was sent grocery shopping by his wife. He brought home the wrong brand of baked beans. She attacked him with the 2 cans of beans inside a large nylon shopping bag by swinging it around and striking him repeatedly. He had a broken wrist and 2 skull fractures leading to a brain injury and seizures. We all know how harmful a kitchen knife can be in the wrong hands. The average house is full of things that can be used for harming other people when weilded with aggression and malice

I think at some point, judges need to be held accountable for letting these people back out. Let's face it, WHY would these people take "potential consequences" seriously when they never happen. They get arrested again, they get out again, with a "talk" from the judge. Then, get out again, and once again arrested again. It's a waste of taxpayer dollars and resources. If judges actually had consequences themselves things would change.

What did she do? All I got was a public disturbance charge and making threats on social media. This Judge is treating her like she did a mass delete. There have been cases where someone has a conviction of delete, was arrested and released on a PR bond with a new charge of delete. If she has done anything less than an attempted delete, something is wrong.
