How to defend the Sacrifice Bunt with runner on 2nd. Clip from LLWS 2017

How should teams playing Little League defend against the sacrifice bunt with a runner on 2nd. With 60 foot bases and no lead offs, the defense will defend against this play differently than on the large field with full baseball rules in play.
In this video we will be looking at a bunt play during the Little League World Series 2017 first game between Mexico and Venezuela and using that play to show how the Mexico team correctly handles this situation.

I have come to enjoy your videos on the LLWS. I love the care and attention you bring to the gem plays that were spectacular, but probably wouldn't make the highlight reels. the one problem i have with this is that if somebody fields the ball somebody should cover home and somebody should back up

Any chance of a call on the runner being out of the lane with a throw to first?

Only if the runner negatively affects the play. Just being out of the runner's lane isn't an automatic out. He has to interfere with the play/throw in the umpire's judgement to be called out.
