Great build! as a tip for the GPU I would highly suggest getting a brace for it as overtime it could slightly bend the pci-e slot causing slight malfunction with the contact pins

And while I’m happy you want to emulate some of my build I would advise to take everything I did with a grain of salt 😂😂 the PC market is very different rn and if you take a look at some of the other (more critical) comments, they give some good *current* advise on building a PC (ddr5 ram, current gpu’s with better price/performance, etc). i just built my girl her very first pc as she was also a die hard apple cultist. everything was STREEEEEEEEEESSFULL. i was freaking out because i had seen videos on yt shorts of technicians talking about how getting the wrong power supply could fry absolutely everything the second its turned on. the fricking sigh of relief when the lights turn on, the rgb looking beautiful and, that first boot up into the BIOS. its such a stress reliever and it was just, man. probably the proudest moment ive felt in a very long time. im glad you switched over to our side brother. and yes. i am on my gf's new pc lol.

Beatiful all white build. around $3200, i recently built 13700k, suprim x 4090, z790 tomahawk, ddr5 32gb 5600mhz build, price is dropping so i think it might be good time to build 4090 pc guys. my pc is not flashy RGB, but got enough fans and deepcoole lt 720 for temp control. So far im enjoying power of 4090 series.

solid build, I wonder why you didnt choose current generation amd 7000 series for your platform? It more future proof since the motherboard is confirmed to be compatible with future ryzen 8000-9000 cpus and ddr5 is no longer expensive enough to justify not getting it, this would make the upgrade process a bit easier in the future. Also your cpu runs better with 3600 CL16 timing ram kits instead of the current CL18 kit you have since 3600 CL18 is basically the same speed as 3200 CL16.

Don’t fall for the future proof scam from AMD. You will need to upgrade to a new motherboard to take advantage of zen 5. It will have a completely new architecture and use the same big and little core design like Intel. You will want a new motherboard that takes advantage of its new features as well as a more advanced memory chip controller on the new motherboards and Zen 5 CPU’s.

vram limitations and memory bus width are the biggest things holding back 40 series cards that are not the 4090. The 3090 ti has 24GB of vram on a 384 bit bus whilst the 4080 only has 16 on a 256 bit bus and the 4070ti even worse with 12gb vram at a 192 bit bus. The vram is most likely better for productivity tasks that he probably does.

Thank you bro! Lots of time spent in davinci but it’s worth it when I watch back the final product 🙌🏽 and I’m not 100% sure, I’ll have to check and get back to you about it. I used to track the temps by using adaptive color sync with the rgb (green, yellow, red), and it only dipped into yellow under very heavy cpu load. So I haven’t had any issues with it. But I’ll lyk exact temps in a bit

welcome to the pc master race, the only gripe for this build was that the ryzen 7000 series released by the time this video dropped which uses the am5 socket, not a major issue since the ryzen 5000 series is still really good but for futureproofing i wouldve probably gone with a 7000 series cpu, still for a first pc build this is great and i love the all white aesthetic edit: i just finished the video and figured out you had been using it for 4 months before posting the vid so the 7000 series wasnt out yet, and as such your cpu choice makes more sense

not sure if anyone else mentioned but the 850w psu especially as it was a titanium would've been sufficient unless you were planning on heavy overclocking, I just quickly added the main parts cpu, mb, gpu etc but didn't include fans or the rgb extension cable on pc part pickerand got sub 700w recommendation

Yea a couple people have mentioned it, 1000w was definitely overkill. My thought was better safe than story since there were mixed messages everywhere. Also wanted to experiment with overclocking at some point
