Aren't the double decker railcars made by Bombardier? If yes, do they still make these?

Yes, though cab cars with sloped ends are available .

@@dangelohartley5977 I feel like Rotem would be best for both UTA and Metra, more aerodynamic cab cars, could cut down on fuel costs. They're also a lot safer.
