I believe, as Joy said, the Bowery King pretty much told the hidden twist by his laughter in the end. It suggests a fake death of Wick, setting the stage for a fifth Wick. Good reaction guys...see you in the next one.

I wouldn't worry too much this one was so successful the studio wants another. So,there will be a John wick 5 just how they are going to do this I'm not sure maybe a prequel...coup de gras means deathblow,the final blow...also in the same universe is the up coming ' the ballerina ' staring ana de armas where john wick, winston and charon will make guest appearances
