nice cast, boss btw iron kaiser has a new mod that you might find nice - it changes the treasure strings to be colour coded and the reward is the first thing in the text box.... it's pretty neat and i think it improves the readability of the game also... 12:05 rip pathing also also... damn julian got a tonne of value from those 5 pikis

Feels like the game has changed a lot but Dutch remain a consistently great civ. I remember the WCG Dutch mirrors that grunt did. Even now they are tough to stop.

Dutch is good in higher ELO. Lower ELO players dont play dutch a lot

I remember those. In that WCG the four top players had Dutch as their main civ.

julian is very good at using the right tool for the job, he even builds a few halbs at the end to help with siege

Not in early game. And even in late game they have s.africa You either pull off some super strong age2 rush or a strong ff into rush (otto spain France germany) Otherwise you are better off semi ffing greedily and even going for fast industrial. Civs like Brits with good skirmisher/archer units are good to punish them militarily and they even have some greed and tech options on their own (Greenwich 2tp ff into church card, early Virginia company and terraced houses fast industrial etc)
