BUT...I always had a curiosity of what it feels like...same with drugs...everyone used to tell me growing up "Don't drink, don't do drugs..." so I grew up thinking that I could have a heart attack as soon as I tried some marching powder or that being drunk was horrible! And drugs wasn't the boogyman it was made out to be! even when I tried drugs I thought "this isn't the devil it's made out to be!"... God's honest truth...Drugs are only bad if you abuse them! I'm telling you now if booze or exotic substances made me nasty towards my fellow man I WOULD NOT indulge... Now don't get me wrong...cocaine is horrible in the wrong hands and taken by the wrong person can result in violence and the person being irrational which is why it should be more controlled!...HOWEVER...politicians are supposed to respond to the will of the people...cocaine and weed are NOT A BILLION-POUND INDUSTRY FOR SHITS AND KICKS ARE THEY?!?!?! Think of most murders and violent assaults today...what are they centered around??? DRUGS! I thoroughly believe that legalising weed and Coke (with more strict control on coke) will help this country (UK) get out of the shit that it's in! When I was 13 I was in my uncles wedding. Afterwards during the reception my cousin and I went walking around town. My cousin said "We should get some booze". I said "How are we going to do that"? You’re certainly not wrong about this being a parade of the cringey awkwardness of that age. It can be pretty hilarious when done right, and I think this movie gets it right. Sometimes it’s relatable even to the point of being a bit painful. 😆 Spitting on someone is disrespectful enough, but spitting on someone’s Richard Pryor shirt is downright unforgivable. Of all the actors in this movie I think Jonah Hill has matured the most as far as acting talent. Yeah he still does some screwball comedy stuff but his roles in movies like "Moneyball" and "The Wolf of Wall Street" show a more developed actor.
