How did you keep that from a low voltage rth? I was under the impression that even if you turn off the GPS that it will still rth for any reason it would with GPS on. I'm confused? Lol someone explain this to me like I'm 3 years old. Where was Simon and Theodore?

Lol. I love to Solder.. I been doing it for years now. I built my own drown out of a Pringles Cover, 4 straws, and Rubber bands along with the circuit board, motors and props. Nice videos tho

No no no, don't do this. With all due respect to the modifier, but I did a hundred such tests, and most of the drone escaped ... very high interference from cables on GPS and gyroscope. I threw away all the other batteries. Only original !!! Black batteries on Aliexpress - 15 to 17 minutes of flight, with well-balanced propellers. This is the best.

@Jay Drone, I meant that at the beginning the drone flies normally, only later, when the RTH is activated, the drone goes crazy and runs away at high speed. When I turned on the GPS, the drone began to fly sideways at high speed and hit the trees. Only when I gave the batteries lower, under the drone instead of the camera, it was good, only then there was no interference. The battery mod in the battery hole gave me interference. Maybe you have another better battery, or you have laid the cables in the right place. But it's great that you share your ideas. I modified my own, adding 4 engines from below, instead of landing legs. I made him an octocopter. It was very heavy, but it rose into the air and flew quite well. (additional 4 motors + additional 4 ESC controllers)

@dro ne Yes, that's right. My drone is JJRC X5 PRO, original batteries from Bugs 5W black. With the detail that the propellers have been trimmed and fitted and balanced from MJX B2W. I fly at full speed with a camera 14 minutes, and slow flight up to 17 minutes. On engines, on bearings gives two drops of engine oil.
