DOES WHAT IT SAYS! How to open up and grease the drive chain/oil the diffs, remove the shocks and shock towers if you need to upgrade.
Please note, i use abbey gun grease on the gears, this is not recommended for use on some plastics. please see manufacturers instructions for recommended grease.
This video is to show how to get too and re oil/grease parts of the drive chain.

I know this question is not related to this video. But I am experiencing a lot of speed wobble when going full throttle. The car is all over the place. My idea is that the front wheels/steering component are to loose, which allows the wheels to wiggle to much. Do you have a fix for this ? 😊

@@brinck10 Heya mate, I've done a full speed test on a go kart race track with stock setup, I have a similar problem. but also when I turn the turning circle is massive at high speed, I have brought the steering fix kit and a new servo and soon as I can I plan to make a video on how to do it all and what parts to get. Fingers crossed this will sort out the problems with the steering. First things first though, you have your gyro fully off? That would make it wobble if it was on. If its off then all I can say is let me get my steering upgraded and see if it sorts it out. One thing is to tighten up the servo saver.

Hi again. Tried turning the gyro all the way off and that helped tremendously. Thanks for the good advice! Now it’s a lot harder to drift tho. But can’t have both at the same time I guess, it’s either a straight missile with no drift capability or a drift machine with a wobbly straight line speed 😅

please tell me what lubricants you use for differentials and suspension in summer and winter (I'm a drift enthusiast) I'm just a newbie in this hobby and there is no exact information anywhere, I have 14301 😅

@@_proxy_3064 Heya bud, if you watch part 1 it tells you what I use, and it's a good start in regard to oil in the diffs. For the shocks in these I have left with the original oil, I'm not sure what that is. There are plenty of videos on youtube on how to set up shocks and what oil to use in them. For these models though I have not changed yet as I am working on a steering and esc replacement video, maybe It would be a good idea and for the video after I will go through how to set the shocks up and what oil I use. For now, check out some other videos and try different oils and see what results you get. For drifting I am thinking you will need stiffer springs and oil in front and rear. Hope this helps, and please let us know how you get on and what oil and springs you use so others can have a good starting point. 👊

also to add to this, if you change the oils in the winter, it will need to be thinner than what you use during the warmer months. You probably knew this but just in case.

and I recently had a problem again there is no normal information anywhere. I have wheels (which make turns) when I turn to the right to the maximum possible the right wheel does not go just does not rotate and that's it, but as soon as I turn also to the maximum to the left everything works, I tried to disassemble and see if something is dangling but no, I think most likely something got into those things that rotate the wheels and they are damaged. I'm thinking about buying new ones on Amazon but I want to ask you whether it is necessary to do this or not 😅🥲

@@_proxy_3064 I'll be honest, unless I can see it actually happening I can't really comment. it's hard to say exactly what it is and I would not want you to spend money and the problem still be there. What I will say is that thing that makes the wheels turn is called the differential, if that is busted it would not cause what you are saying, I don't think. I think it is something wrong with the CVD shaft on the right, but again, without seeing it I can't be sure.

My Hyper Go on 3s at full throttle moves to the right. I have tried to adjust the stearing as good as possible. It seems that some cars are better adjusted than others. Because a lot of people don't have problems with it. Do you have an idea?

hi mate, if your running it at them. speeds then any slight adjustment will matter. I don't know what model you have but have you tryed adjusting the rear wheels? if there out then could be where your problem is. You may have a bearing which is on the way out. could possibly be worth removing all your bearings and leaving them in oil over night. I would personally strip it down, re oil the diffs and soak the bearings in oil as a process of elimination. If none of that works then something may be over tightened. Lift the car and accelerate lightly, see if all the wheels stop at the same time, if one corner seems slightly quicker to stop then investigate that wheel. Set the front tow slightly inwards. Another thing you can try is, change your front diff oil to lighter oil and stiffen up the rear. suspension, this will keep your front wheels down a bit more BECAUSE if one wheel is lifting at the front will tend to drift one direction under acceleration so keeping it planted may help. just off the top of my head, and without being there, I hope this helps out. Change your gyro on the car to about 65 percent and change steering slightly left. Happen to me and that work
