It's like when he writes the songs, he hears it in his head, with the reverb, distortion, and delay "already there", so he intentionally leaves "room" for the efx to do what they do, on their own, filling in gaps between notes and chord changes, with trippy ass ambience...very interesting stuff...between his own stuff, and his production work on Dijon's "absolutely" album (which oozes with the same aesthetic) I think this guy is gonna be a real game changer...one of the most musically innovative artists I've heard out there currently.

Dude def has a great and unique style of his own but to say he’s created an entire new genre is reaching. People will just throw their own words together and toss someone in there. Like all you gotta do these days is crank up the reverb and flanger or chorus and all a sudden he’s Alternative-cave-dweller-Hobo-chic-Indi-pinecone-rock.

After having heard the album vs. live mixes, you'd be very wise to keep working with Mike Haldeman as a sound engineer. These live mixes are on another level compared to the other recordings, and he seems to have a feel for where you are coming from with your music... that may be a rare partnership, someone who can invent the sound, and someone who can bring it to life.

He is truly onto something special. I'm 23 and have always loved 70s/80s classic rock thanks to my dad. This guy immediately reminds me of Sting/The Police. He has that other-wordly magical vibe with that voice. He absolutely takes inspiration from Sting given the song title. Amazing to see... you never hear music like this anymore. Pure talent
