The crashes are when there is either Terminator or MK11 Shang Tsung involved in a battle. They could be an opponent or one of the characters on your team. The crashing is not limited to the krypt game mode. It happens in all game modes, not just the krypt. This bug has been around for a couple of updates on iOS.

I played hard mode. I grinded for hours only to get a few hundred hearts. When the six days ended i lost all my hearts and got nothing. How the hell would i even get 10,000 in 6 days. I don't have enough time to dedicate to it. I'm not sure what krypt keys do. I don't like the krypt so far. Requires to much time . Good informative video StarInSky ⭐👍

Idk they could maybe let us keep our hearts to save up for it, then just boost the prices, that way you can actually work towards the diamonds at your own pace rather than have to constantly grind until you get there in only 6 days or less

@@Nightmare-wo2gd Yes you are right.. they make the game a fulltime job. Towerrefreshes - normal tower and fatal tower, needs appr. 1,5-2 hour already each day. With two krypt-runs each day, thats additional 2 * 1,25 hours a day. Thats 4-4,5 hours each day. And if you want to have chances for a diamond at faction wars, thats another appr. half hour each day - thats 5 hours in total. With quests each hour to refresh, and watching ads, thats safe 5,5 hours each day - if not more - just to have the game played in the most efficient way. Thats quiet a lot, just for grinding alone for a mobile game.

As a new player, the heart reset actually sucks. I only have been able to get KK Sonya acended to lvl 1 as a strong character so i can only play few matches in normal mode. i can just survive the 1st floor and die in the first match of 2nd floor. this gives me around 300ish hearts which would have been useful if i could save them. But it disappears after some time which is infuriating

Exactly, if they're worried about people getting a bunch of diamonds from the mode, just up the prices and let us save up, can still reset store too, this way I can keep my hearts if there isnt a diamond I actually want, i can wait until one drops that i really want

@@HumanKDas exactly, if you have to grind it you should be able to keep the earnings, it's honestly obnoxious that they even decided that would be a fair idea. They only offer you one hard-to-obtain diamond kard anyway, AND it's 4k more expensive. All the others can drop from towers, faction wars, and soul packs. Even the pay2win gold kards are a pricey 7k, just not worth the grind if it's all for nothing

*My thoughts* Completely agree w u Star especially the heart reset part- another way to fix it would be to reduce the floor sizes and/or increase heart output or lower the price of shop items so less time is spent grinding. Also like others have said beginners can’t rlly benefit from krypt at all and honestly I think its due to difficulty inconsistencies across the game: Hard mode in challenges is possible for beginners but not hard mode krypt- they’re obviously two different levels of difficulty but r both labelled “Hard”🤔 mk should make the difficulties of each krypt type more consistent w the rest of the game so beginners have more of a chance🤷🏽‍♂️

The problem with the game state is devs just went from a good people into greedy ass people,like they just got encouraged by blizzard or activision. Ive lost my account with the latest 2 update ,( all diamond all gold x tier) Just vanished. I didnt got any message about it,call out,nothing. I just logged in,and i saw i had 0 character,but my account level remained the same. I tried reach out the devs so many Time,but nothing happened. I am disappointed,because this game in the current state is just a sanity roller coaster. Too many bugs,too many glitches ,crashes,audio bugsed,list goes on.. One day,they will make this game great again,instead of creeping against the people money 🙂

Totally agreed. I don't play MK Mobile but the Point reset is the worst part if you ask me. Also they could reduce the map size and number of fights but keep the difficulty and loot tha same. This will make it faster

Been getting both pieces of Shang Tsung's friendship set, as well as the rare piece of Quan Chi's brutality set. The epic piece though? Doesn't seem to drop even once. I'd also wish to see the bonus characters consistently have more synergy with the characters that give a smaller bonus. This week for instance has Shang Tsung as the 1.5 bonus character, but the rest are all Spec Ops.

Than its random, i assume. On elder i got 2 epic gear drops already. Ok i played few dozend runs on elder already. I only play elder difficulty on krypt. The epic gear drops are rare. But there are even more rare in towers. I didnt had a random epic gear drop since months in towers. And in the krypt within 2,5 weeks i got 2 epic gear drops.

You can get rare and epic drops from Krypt. I have fusion 6 Enigmatic Lantern, and Fusion 3 Necromancers book from it. Also you don't get 3,000 hearts from elder difficulty. Max you can get is 2,158 roughly. I don't know why it says 2,968 but I've beaten Elder difficulty multiple times with 2x bonus clearing absolutely everything on every floor and never goteen above 2,200 hearts. So you'll need to spend even more time grinding. Honestly, I'd prefer if we can get 4k souls from 2 floors but every battle had 2 modifiers on it. Maybe for next difficult or revamp of Elder but even still.

The krypt definitely saved Mk mobile it’s a little frustrating that you have to grind 4 floors on elder but the good thing about it’ is that you can change your equipment whenever you want ! The only thing that’s locked is the team….’ Soo wants awesome’ there’s times where you don’t set up your equipment properly and you can’t do nothing about it cause it’s locked in.. example if you’re playing fusion, wars, survival! krypt is awesome I have the chance to get any equipment card I want. 😎

First Krypt season I collected 19,000 hearts playing only the elder, and they were suddenly gone, wiped, as you mentioned, disgusting. Then playing the second season I got so many crashes (on android) it's definitely unplayable. Like one of the most incredibly annoying crashes was on 4th floor against the last bosses, I wasnt allowed to finish the match which made me spend all the revives konsumables and eventually some souls until I escaped loosing %30 of the hearts. About the Epic gear they drop, I got 3 epics, 1 was dropped in a random fight the other 2 were dropped with the last bosses on the 4th floor. About the adds, I try not to watch any adds because it gives them money and it doesn't worth the time, and the game freezes many times when watching adds. Good job Starinsky! Thanks for being the player's voices.

Star, beginners like me can't grind faster to even get the characters that we want. Me for example, You can't expect me to play a game for up to 4 hours. I don't know about other people but for me, I play a game for fun and enjoyment. I don't play it as if my life depends on it. Its not worth it. Andbi don't like my points being reset. It should not be so. I'm sorry if I'm being blunt here And guess what?? I completed Sorcerer Tower Fatal battle 100 on my beginner account and MKmobile gave me Klassic Movie Johnny Cage. Very funny. My opinion: honestly Krypt is boring, when I don't need any of the character cards in the krypt store! Yes, I dropped every krypt gear except Shang Tsung's epic, but 3rd week's krypt store is trash for me! Conclusion: I got myself Klassic Shang Tsung (2nd week) + the epic and DOTD Erron Black (1st week)! 5K for krypt key is stupid idea it should be at least or it should be 3K? Krypt can give you re-sells so more souls is better, but I won't play hard krypts just for that, so I skip 3rd week! (current krypt store) I/we strongly agree with the crashing issue!

Personally I didn't think it saved MK Mobile. I'm a beginner (although I have knowledge about the MK franchise I've played some MK Mobile back then cause I was curious) and it's merely impossible to play The Krypt! The so called "Normal Mode" felt like hell. The devs should at least make a difficultly for beginners, maybe an EASY mode but with the cost of lower rewards. And because of this, having Krypt Keys/Konsumables as rewards in the Kombat Pass is pretty much useless! But that's just my personal opinion.

You should try Nimble Reptile. His special 2 is insane! Once he obtains the speed, he's incredible. Give him varmiant lucky hat or whatever it is and then he'll be destroying. Unblockable is recommend 100%. Just keep clicking on the screen and he's a god.

I did manage to get Enigmatic Lantern maxed. I love it, but I do feel like I have to give a potential warning to everyone who gets it maxed. Do NOT use it on Klassic Raiden and maybe even other kharacters with power drain on tag in. His tag in attack will still work in non boss battles, however power drain on tag in will not work.

I now try to avoid any Krypt battles with a Terminator in it, since the game would crash 90% of the time. But some times, the battle with a Terminator is a must to fight, and you are just at the mercy of the game hoping that the game would not crash... The krypt map is also too long - I am grinding at least an hour a day to fight the two rounds in hard mode, but I know I am not going to have that time going forward... the map needs to be shortened. The point reset makes this mode not sustainable... As a new mode, I don't mind grinding it right now... but these points are what I grind for - I should be able to keep them and buy the diamond I want when I have saved enough, rather than forced to grind for 14000 points for the premium diamond.

I've noticed a pattern in terms of the diamonds that are in the store. so the first week we had DOTD Erron and COS Liu Kang. then the 2nd week DOTD Erron was gone and we had DOTD Jade and COS Liu Kang. then on the 3rd week COS Liu Kang was gone but we still had DOTD Jade and we now had Klassic Goro. So from my understanding one diamond will be always be available for two consecutive weeks in a row. My prediction is that Klassic Goro will again be in the store next week but DOTD Jade will be replaced with another card that will then stay for 2weeks. When it comes to the 14k hearts diamond they seem to be different every week.

Here are some things I took from the krypt (And I grinded so much that I got I got lizard baraka and the purple gear from krypt store from first week, second week I grinded so much I got Klassic Shang Tsung, Klassic Movie Johnny and the rare piece of gear) 1. It does matter the difficulty, this is due to the fact that more floors means more hearts per run. And some people just don't have the money or get lucky to buy or get krypt keys. You only get 2 tries a day free, so it does matter in terms of if the difficulty matters. There is also another reason why the difficulty matters but I'll explain later. 2. It takes WAY too much time to play the krypt to even get a diamond. I had to spend a team in elder and a team in hard a day to get to that point (in first week it was only normal and hard). On second week I got to my goal thanks to my team that included 2 sonyas each for a 2x multiplier each. The weaker team goes in hard mode, the stronger team (mostly carried by Klassic Mileena) goes in elder. And you know how long I have to spend on the krypt a day? AT LEAST an hour and a half a day. It is, and I don't mean this lightly, exhausting. This is also because I fought every fight possible, because believe it or not, there ARE drops in the krypt unlike what Star says, which leads me to... 3. THERE ARE DROPS IN THE KRYPT. This isn't false advertisement, drops do exist. However, here's the thing. Remember when I said difficulty matters? Because turns out IT IS. From drops I had from the krypt (not bought from shop) I got as follows: the epic well of souls gear from normal. An epic necromancer's death favor from hard (on my first ever run), a necromancer book and pyromancer tanya. And here are the drops I got for elder: An epic well of souls, 2 necromancer's forbidden book, an Enigmatic lantern, and a Klassic Shang Tsung. So as you can see, difficulty does matter, and that playing in harder mode and doing all the battles does = more drops P.S. For those that ask: Yes I do EVERY SINGLE BATTLE. Even if the battle does not interfere with my route to the battle of the next floor, I do it, because of the chance for drops. So there should be 0 biases towards this, except slight inflation of drops for hard probably.

Otherwise, I actually would go out and say this is my favorite update from MK Mobile since 2.0. Honestly the one reason why I HATED survival and nnever really pllay it was because gears break after playing once and then it's broken for the entire season. It is so annoying because I am forced to either A. take a gamble and use gear that's not unblockable and pray that the enemy doesn't have unblockable gear (which 9 times out of 10 they will) so I could get oh my 1.5m points for my first couple runs, and then I can barely get past the first 2 battles after, or B. Spend all the bloody ruby I have for the season for a single rare repair equipment konsumable. I have complained that NRS should let us players put our money where our mouth is and buy the consumables using souls because I am not spending all the rubys I would have gotten that season for a single rare repair piece. It gets annoying. However the Krypt actually lets you buy revive stone, reinvigorating stone, etc. with souls, gears don't break after using them for a krypt run, and the healing, health and power buff is dropped very abundantly throughout your krypt gameplay. I think in my opinion the krypt gives the best balance of p2w and grind of all the gamemodes, including tower, and therefore besides the long amount of time it takes to play the krypt being exhausting, this is the best thing to come out of MK Mobile ever since 2.0 as of now. (I should just make a video out of this actually XD)

The chances of equipment drops are weird. During the 1st season I had drops every 2-3 runs. I mean epic or rare. Since the 2nd season I haven't had a single equipment drop, BUT I keep getting A LOT of gold cards, sometimes 2-3 per run.

I got classic movie Johnny cage in krypt only doing normal difficulty but both of my team is 2x reward. Bought a few invigoration stone but it’s only like about 200+ souls for a diamond that’s cost way more trying to get, and spent 3 extra keys on it on top of the daily 2 free try.

Star when the Krypt ends your hearts transfer to keys. You are not completely losing all your hearts. Press on "How it Works" in Krypt mode and you can see in the end that your hearts turn into keys

Btw - my own opinion is also agreeing with Starinsky, that mostly it is not worth to make 3 runs - which at best take 4 hours, just to get one single krypt-key. Besides that, it could be useful to have at least 10 krypt-keys to spare - for krypt-events with very rare and valuable Diamonds (like a favorite Diamond of a player) But besides that, its not worth to spend 4 hours to have some day one ''extra run''... My experience so far is - that even for veterans like me, who has more than 40 diamonds maxed out, in average the krypt-store gives 1-2 diamonds and a rare gold, which i not have maxed out yet. Together with the rare end epic pieces ( new brutalities and friendships), even veterans like me has to collect around 24k-30k of hearts. Thats dozends of hours of grinding each week. Tapping the same screen , and the same fights, houndreds of times a week. Every week. Even for someone like me, who has a lot of patience, and likes to grind - thats quiet exhausting. So yes, we probably have to choose very wisely, on which krypt-events we want to participate, and on which we dont. Because doint every one for dozend hours, just to make another fusion on Ronin Kitana, could be not worth it. For that its much more senseful to just wait for a random drop from the tower runs. Or by spending souls for packs.

You spend 2-3 runs, 2-3 hours to grind 5k keys, then it turns into 1 key that you have to spend an hour to turn into less than half of that. Also if you have 4900 hearts you get nothing. If you have 9999 hearts, you still get 1 key. This sounds extremely flawed to me. If it was 1k hearts per key, it would be way more fair

The fact that krypt hearts resets means we can't grind at our own pace. We have to grind all day just for one diamond

it reset while I had 12k hearts and I was sleep, 20-50% of the hearts back would be great considering the grind is boring as hell, we get 1 key per 2k hearts after the reset, like wow thanks the grind cost soul literally it’s so boring

I personally do not have the time to grind for 10000 hearts. What if time runs out when you are at 9800!! Also, sorry Star coz you have not dropped krypt gear, I got Quan Chi's epic gear which I use, also got that rare lantern just from playing the Krypt

yeah by testing out the elder difficulty have higher chance of droppingbgold cards, rare and epic equipment. Comparing with normal difficulty.

If you don't spend your hearts when krypt time expires they turn them into krypt keys

uhmm im at new acc and in my view its impossible to make nowhere near the hearts for the diamonds ... even the golds.. i mean i got like 2-3 good cards to fight and after one krypt they are locked ... so 1000-1200 hearts its probably what i can do with my level 41 account soooo 2x rare equipments and thats it . Btw i got the same bug with the screen glitched on Pc with android emulator

Yeah , i am on android and it actually crashes when you open chests or shatter tombstones... I mean , it doesnt happen always , but once in a while it can crash..

You can buy 1 diamond each week with only doing normal mode with x2 points or normal + 1 or max 2 hard with 1.7 bonus. So i think its pretty damn good. Also if your game crash because if terminator play normal mode no. Terminator there :)

If u get 2k points everyday which i think is unlikely then u will get 12k points u need 14k for the top diamond ao u will need to use atleast 1 key

Aye Also, its the birth of the krypt on mkm, what if we wait until the next update so we can complaint correctly... As an impressive thing... They from the begin of the update have been changing details on the krypt, 4 example first week of krypt on hard, until you reached the 600 extra heart w an x2.0, started to decreased, now starts when u hit the 400 hearts... And keys w extra hearts prices was 5k, now is 2k they are changing things let them cook

‏About the krypt crashes for ios ? ​​⁠i had crashes today 5 times in a row i lost over 13 revive 💔💔💔💔💔💔 i try to do something i delete the game and install it again but the same problem again i have i phone xs this really annoying and i think i will stop playing krypt they need to fix this 💔💔💔💔 or they have to keep my team alive i the game crash its not fair ‏Btw if you play on ios i just test something and it worked :) only thing you need if you find in the krypt battle where there is terminator on it dont play it you need to avoid terminator as much as you can i just finish 2 floor without any crashes

I always run elder. I drop a rare or greater almost every time. I can do 3 a day and I can buy a rare, epic, the most expensive diamond and a gold I haven't maxed every run. I almost have Quan Chi rare maxed out.
