16:29 I have encountered that before and honestly it's annoying. I haven't seen some kind of a passive like that so I assume his gear has something to do with it. Otherwise, it's a bug. Another assumption I can take is that when he gets stunned and enter puppet mastery at the same time, Noob becomes impossible to hit because he's stuck in the "switching from self to the puppet" state.

I simply finished this battle under a minute ! Continuous Team Soak and mk11 rain sp2 damage whole team( Free special sp2 use equipment must be there ) 🔥🔥🔥 with injustice 2 Raiden . ❤ And use character that best synergy with mk 11 rain !!!!!!!!

Not in this tower but in Nightmare Tower I use Soak Team including Klassic Rain, MK11 Raiden and MK11 Fujin. I know I could use other Raiden but I prefer MK11 to use his sinergy with Fujin (You can't be power drained). Fujin can make the opponent move so slow. Using this team, plus Tower Gear and Shield break gear, I have no problems to beat Nightmare Tower.

For everyone talking about the Summon pack trials, my guess is that there was a bug in it they are going to fix, so they removed it until they iron out the issues. There might be server maintenance, but I'm not sure
