Not only the krypt got better overall, but the Dks are dropping much more frequently due to the increased number of purple and blue chests

Oh yeah, 20 minutes for 2500+ hearts is amazing. Since you mostly got lower limit in a run, it's awesome. So good... Deep Wounds on all battles is a bit harder (no more healing abuse, so just put your powerhouses and you're good), but I got so much potions from previous patches that it doesn't matter.

Star, the droprates per fight have slightly over doubled, so you will actually get slightly more drops per run on average despite it being so much shorter

Krypt is finally good!

Krypt has always been good, but some people still argued that towers are better (especially fatal) that even losing has a chance for great rewards. Now krypt by far is the best mode, and there is no argument about it. I got more than 3 fatal tower 200 (that's 600 fights) battles worth of DK in less than an hour, so yeah, they have to buff the other modes, especially faction wars.

Just finished a Krypt run and holy is it good. The old Krypt was fine but the floors made it tedious to grind. But now I think I might consider grinding Krypts daily. Mostly because it's the easiest source for Dragon Krystals.

Doing it on auto even boss fights, takes approximately 20 min. Before the update I had to to switch to manual for bosses on the 3 floor. Boss fights seems easier

After playing it for a few days now, I've found that the drop rate for the extra orange strength crystal things is way lower compared to the old Krypt. Drop rate for everything else seems to be about the same. Doing just one floor though is so much better. I've actually managed to get all characters in the store and all equipment.

If you want your team to always be full in the krypt or survival mode. Just use recovery gear on every character

the new krypt is goated, unfortunately you can't spam dragon ending as easily since its nerfed and you need 25 X-rays for S with liu kang. However, I can easily finish 2 runs in 30m, so its worth it.

I like this new krypt update because it allows me to farm hearts for the gear in the store much easier and faster, although I've currently done 3 runs and I've not got a single rare upgrade, epic upgrade, gold card upgrade nor diamong card upgrade, so I'm not sure if I'm unlucky or if the drops are much lower now.

After 4 runs today I d say the rewards are slightly worse. I used yo get more fusion up cards (for gear and characters). Plus the fights are harder.

My comment after 13 rounds in new Krypt in elder difficulty : Diamond fusion up card : 1 Epic fusion up card : 1 Rare fusion up card : 4 Gold fusion up card : probably 5 or 6 Equipment : Zero epic, Several alrerady maxed Rares+ 1 copy of new blue Kabal set. I can admit the reward is the same as before, but my whole rounds take 13 minutes, instead of 25 minutes. My fastest time in battle before update : 9 minute. My fastest time in battle after update : 6 minutes.

It was faster and I did get more hearts but my fusion up drops and other top level drops are about half or what they were

The mathematical expectations of DK from junk box is 5DK per 1000 hearts, meaning a 6000 hearts epic gear is only worth 30DK in Junk box, with that said the junk box is not good for gambling DKs (for DK packs), only for players to scrap the extra hearts before each season's end

They fixed MK 11 Kabal passive . You can use MK11 team and beat the problematic shangsung since he removes the stun caused by the missile

It's good but not good because the stages are less and the heart are higher but the drop rewards will rarely drop because the stages become lesser and the chances is still the same

Not really. Atleast from my testing and suppose luck. I was able to always get a non challenge gold and 1 epic from hard mode, tho the hard mode epics seemed to be generic like wrath hammer, that green mask and the epic for quests. Normal rates are as usual non existent but they did add gold fusion cards for it and epics too. Same issue tho, epics are the generic ones. Krypt rains them. Unlocked jade friendship as well as gotten rare cards for random towers so it's way better now. Ofc luck plays a role on what you get. But it's officially certain that kyrpt is far better than towers.

Idk cuz from my side I usually drop a rare tower gear every 2 complete elder runs or 1 - 2 gold character per run and I don't recall the last time I got a epic tower gear since a whole month or some (i routinely do 2 elder run everyday) so it's kinda random from one to another And one time I dropped 2 epic tower gars from 1 normal tower run so yeah idk

I use that very same team on auto and only had to revive 1 character over 2 runs. as long as i top up there health they have no problem

Crypt is not difficult it never was and it never will because you have enough support cards to increase your health and attack stats. 1 or 2 combo enders or sp attack and they are dead. Also starting with mk11 samsung in your last boss fight is a waste of time. Scorpion can connect his sp1 spear spam so you actually dont have to tag out unless unless when you're caracter is almost dead.

Dude I had the same problem. Star recommended changing my phone to russian in the settings (Android) and try logging in. It worked first time for me. I'd been locked out for a week. Then just change the settings back after you've logged in 👍
