I still think MK11 Scorpion is the face of mk mobile. That guy is simply awesome. Give him rocking stone, and give your starter blazing fire. 10s into the match everything is melted. The speed of killing bosses to me can not top the food chain of character ranking. Utility, usability and synergy with any character are key

Pairing MK11 Skarlet with MK11 Scorpion and Sub-Zero had been an amazing unit for me since. I tried other units, but I preferred these three. I believe their abilities was what helped me through. I have many characters that are not maxed out and the ones I have maxed out which is H scorpion, tremor, combat, Johnny Sonya. After a year and a half of playing the game I have yet to acquire some fusions on top characters. What I can say for sure, for a free to play account, strike force scorpion is crucial. He got me through some of the most difficult battles like 189 fbdt thanks to stun loop, friendship equipment and teammates saves. An underrated boss killer as well.

People sleep way too much on MK1 Scorpion. Snare and Cripple are two of the best debuffs in the game, and the man has both. Easy to chain, fast on basic attacks, his passive after losing all HP is also really useful cause he's basically unstoppable once he's burning down to explode. Sadly he has the same name as Scorpion MK11, which will always make him live on his shadow. No one can see clearly how good he is because the MK11 one is better. Still, I completely agree with everything you said about him here. He's my MVP at F7, and surely the one I put up to when I wanna get things done. Cheers!

Overall a very good top 20, if I were to make a slight adjustment I would have to add assassin skarlet into top 20 since she's part of the best dot team (mk11 scorpion, ravenous mileena + her), with this team any fight ends in 15 seconds or less, as long as there aren't any anti-dot modifiers (heals from dots/dot immunity/damage reduction), resurrect or dead-zone, supremely useful in difficult 180+ non-boss tower fights at any fusion as long as you can survive 10-15 seconds, and overall the fastest team to finish any battle, with the exceptions I mentioned above.

Thanks man! I did consider but she is only fusion 6 i think so not sure about how good she is maxed. Then she have good Sp1 chaining also. My problem was that she can replaced with lets say KL Reptile for dots and many others can do Sp1 chaining. Example, Kold Sub can do that but also do freeze loops. And he kill bosses very fast. Same story with other characters.. all considered she was not in my Top 20. But i dont blame anyone that rely on Dot teams to find her in their Top 20!

@@ShaolinMonkMKM In terms of DoTs alone, she outshines everyone except mk11 scorpion because of 15 second team bleed passive at the start of the fight, and when paired with mk11 scorpion (start with her and tag him in for 2x team fire) + the 100% boost from mileena they destroy teams faster than anyone else, including soak or any other strategy, with the exceptions I mentioned. Even if yours is just at F6 try her out in this formation against any team that takes full damage from DoTs and see how well this team shines, and shes a core part of it. Sure everyone has different values when they think of the top characters, I personally like versatility and simplicity above all else, that's why she would fit in my top 20 for example.

I'm wondering why mk1 shang tsung and joker aren't up here. They are some of the best and most diverse chatacters in the game, and have a whole slew of uses (especially since their passive abilities cannot be resisted) I know they are in the honorable mentions, but I feel like they both deserve to make the actual list

I think Joker is more useful in beginner accounts. He can really help with his cards, unlimited Sp2 chaining etc. Even at F0. Once you get a maxed account though he still does the same things but compared to others he is too slow, too low damage. Other characters would disable better, do higher damage, win faster. Lets put it like this, i never once faced a battle were i had to use Joker. Thats why he is not in my list. MK1 Shang would be Top 20 but mine is only fusion 0 so not sure where i could place him. I need to test him more.

MK1 Scorpion's basic attacks are so fast. You can literally keep chaining them. If you have gear with power you also get shields up, extra damage and eventually a save from death. Love him. Btw, how did you get that multi Buff to trigger when Klassic Raiden tagged in? He got like 10 buffs. How did you manage this?

We all got different experiences and opinions and while I would switch some of the rankings around but it would take a very long time so instead, I'll give my take on who I would add in and remove. Joker - honestly he is super helpful in any modes and in fights where bosses etc heal like crazy and if you don't have the equipment then he will be your key character to at least chip away one battle at a time against bosses. He had three decks, the venom is useful to prevent opponents from healing, blinds them and helps you gain power (I feel like he genertes power faster if he uses the venom but the other deck with lightning of coruse geenrates faster than this). Unblockable sp2 which causes stun, to top it off have 50% chance to snare if you sue his equipment. He can cripple with one of the decks and another deck that gives him power quicker while draining the opponents. I definitely would pick him over Kold war sub, Fire god liu kang, mileena, movie cage. Also he is like bounty hunter eron black meaning he can synergies with any teams which is a big bonus. This makes him also a safe option to use for any fights in towers where they say on X group is safe. MK1 Shang Tsung - can interrupt by tagging in at any point which can save your character from getting killed as he can tag in mid way from getting attacked by an opponents basic. He can also follow up with a tagging out after his SP attacks. Now the real trouble he can give is when he uses his syringe. Each use makes it harder for them to generate power if you sue the power drain and not to mention he can power drain all power when he sues his syringe. He can also poison and stun using it, each time making it worse for the opponent. This makes him incredibly useful and strong in general. Again, I would pick him over the ones I have listed before and I do think should be ranked very highly. Freddy - I would add him and replace him over any of the ones that I listed and mentioned before (fire god Kang, Mileena etc). He is super powerful. Tricky to play yes and his special two does require practice to get the 91%+ which is what you want. But this man is worth it. His SP1 does good damage and snare the opponent. His SP2 hits like a truck, basically humongous damage in special 2 and grants himself a shield which is super useful for survival. Just for a note, the combo ender where he does the kick can be safely followed up with his SP2 which is what makes it very good and in his SP2 if you get 91% or higher than it is unbloackable which does tonnes of damage. Since he does so much damage, can snare and also put a shield, I would place him in over others. He used to be one of my go to diamonds for fights.

i agree with a lot of them. i would put Joker & KMS in there and KMJ higher i have him maxed and i switch between stunt buddies or fashion dominator and in KMT his insane all 3 are good KMS with her constant shield Raiden and Johnny both doing massive damage this tower isn’t good to use 3 i use 2 KMR and KMJ lastly KL Liu Kang shouldn’t be number 1 FGLK can out damage him MK11 LK has more to his passive remember fatal battles vs Assassins used to be so hard not anymore and he is the only card who can get around MK11 Jade,Really good top 20 imo 😊

I think Joker does a lot of things good, but not really perfect in any areas except for maybe Survivor mode against Revenant and Bone Shields. Thats the thing… KMS is dont have much experience but KMJ is agree he will be higher once i max him. The reason i cant put him higher now is because i dont know how good he is when maxed. A lot of people got upset by KLK being number one lol.. damn.. i would love to put FGLK up there but i dont think his chaining is good enough. (My favorite character) and MK11 Liu have better passive i agree. I still think how easy KLK destroyed everything deserves a no 1 spot though. He dont even need tower gear! But i dont blame anyone for disagreeing.

I was expecting mk11 liu kang to be 1st because i literally beat fatal shirai ryu 3 times in 1 my 1 month of playing by using mk11 liu kang and after 2 months i was able to beat dark queen fatal and so on. In my opinion if i had an f0 KLK i couldn't beat any of the fatal towers but My f0 Mk11 liu kang makes it much easier because he can bypass tower gears that can dodge.

The difference between 1-5 is not big at all. Thats the thing… KLK though is better solo and faster. While MK11s passive were they cant dodge is better. Its up to personal preferences. 🙂

I’ve got the Klassics Movie team maxed and i believe all 3 should be in top 20 KMS is one of the safest fighters in the game one sp and shield constantly her down side is damage however the other two do crazy damage KMJ cops slack once’s maxed now i think his better spec ops Johnny plus KMJ has Dots. FGLK cops a lot of slack too people just don’t know how to use him properly cause his damage is crazy they used to say his not a boss killer is wrong as you know. There only 2 i wouldn’t have in top 20 Ravenous Mileena 1st she’s useless against bosses and plus she’s always bugged with her tag in and Fujin sp1 rubbish it’s all about sp2 he’s not needed to soak he adds hurricane. I would put Kung Lao & Joker and don’t get me wrong i really enjoy playing mileena when she’s working. 2 years ago Dod Jade would be up the top but the nerfed her so much they took %60 away

That is some interesting opinions. Movie Sonya is way too low fused for me to have a opinion on, and i did not use her much yet. I agree with FGLK as you know and Mileena i have to disagree. Just her in a dot team destroys everything except bosses and her tag in is awesome. I heard tag in was bugged but havent noticed it yet. I know everyone loves Joker but with a maxed account i dont see where i absolutely must use him. He is just too slow and weak Sp attacks compared with other FX diamonds unfortunately. I would agree with Kung Lao though. I had a hard time not putting him in the Top 20.

I would say he works best in a beginner account were he can really help you get through tricky battles. Best Character or best boss killer?? if we are talking characters and all they bring to the table/teams MK11 scorpion an lui should be top 3 minimum. they have both the damage and utility to handle any fight. klassic lui may be faster and have better sp2 and better boss killer but mk11 lui can do the same with very close time and he's way more versatile. Can't be affected by blind can't miss sps unlike klassic.. Movie Raiden is the most intense character. I'll take him over injustice any day. Especially when we're talking best character not best team or best boss killer.

Everything is being considered, best character includes being a Boss Killer aswell. Maybe the most important situation actually because you only have so many tries. You mean MK11 Scorp and MK11 Liu should be Top 3? I dont argue with that at all. However, i never had a tower battle were i specifically had to use MK11 Scorp + MK11 Liu combo. I usually just destroy everything with Team Soak even if its against Assassin teams or any annoying modifier. And as a beginner with no tower gear, KLK carried for about 5-6 towers straight. This is my own experience man. 🙂

@@ShaolinMonkMKM Sure boss killing is important but i disagree that it's the most important.. Every beginner who successfully make it to battle 200 can complete that tower regardless of the amount of tries but actually getting there is the real test. Some battles like 184+ in the fatals can end someone's whole journey on that tower. Boss battle can't.. I hope you understand that I'm not saying KLK can't carry but he will struggle more in some battles while mk11 has no counter.. When you were a beginner things were not as annoying as now and the stun loop on KLK actually worked.. New annoying gears and characters have been introduced beginners struggle more now.

@@TechyLyfstyleW I agree with you partly. Some battles like F184 etc are very difficult were MK11 can carry but there are also battles were KLK is better. Hell there are battles were KL Kano destroys every diamond Liu in the game even. In fact this goes for every character. Do you have any idea on how difficult this kind of list is to make? Forget trying to make the viewers happy, even to make myself happy. 😂 we agree to disagree, its all good. Everyone have different experiences!

Mk11 liu kang is the best and my fav to me...then inj2, mk11 scorp, klk...after thad is just...supports..sindel, rain, fire god, jade ect...everyone have his own top 10...but for me mk11 liu never miss from.an fatal boss battle! The last fatal he was teamed with klk support and inj2 2 as dmger
