I love those kinda of videos! And generally speaking, I for sure agree with your list here. Back when I started, Dark Raiden was my MVP on any DOT battle. He's very underrated because we have insane Raidens such as Klassic Movie or Injustice 2. Still, he's one amazing character and I'm happy to see him mentioned! I'd change a few positions here and there just for personal taste, but overall, pretty solid list. 💯

Thank you for the nice video. However, in my opinion, Lizard Baraka will always be the best for gold cards and even some diamond cards because he possesses all the necessary qualities, including power drain, speed, regeneration, high critical hit probability, quicker power generation, high damage sp1 & sp2, and the ability to apply snare with certain talent from the support tree of talent. And even Lizard Jade deserves a spot in the top 10.

He is great and yes have many qualities, but he wont kill bosses faster than Johnny or Liu and he wont clear difficult battles like F184-F185 better than KL Kano, KL Scorpion etc. Also, he must be maxed... But i understand why people think he is the best. Free power and Speed on SP2 feels op when you use him in FW or Krypt. Lizard Jade have potential, i hope to max her asap!

Flaming fists Liu Kang and inferno scorpion are my go to tag attack buddies. Just give them unblockable gear and just watch the damage😊 if you have any character that can somehow support them both at the exact same time do it and you will not regret it. I usually always swap a martial artist out with others that are just for supportive role but if you are just trying to get a good support and commit to block breaker gear go for Shaolin Kung Jin or pyromancer Tanya if you have her. Consistently tagging in and out and doing a chunky amount of damage is extremely satisfying, especially since the tag cool down is usually up when their passives both go away.

I have a lot of golds maxed out (not Tremor, Shao, Jade, Kano, Erron Black or FF Liu Kang though). I have Klassic Reptile at F9, and Shao Kahn at F6. I can kill everyone but Baraka basically...

I would have replaced FF LK with KC Sonya. She's extremely useful in fatal towers. Perhaps even indispensable in some of them. I've never tried Cosplay Jacqui. Not sure how to use her. Klassic Jade is irreplaceable in battles with the Arctic wind modifier. 189 is not beatable without her, if you are not using any tower gear. I think CO Cassie is top 10, but I'm not sure who she would replace on your list. Just my opinion.

I think the reason why most people consider baraka as the best gold is his uninterruptible state. He can easily counterattack and the fact that he is the only character to deal infinite damage(in theory) due to his stacks not having a cap makes him a literal beast. With enough stacks he can one shot anyone and no diamond character can top that.

Yeah but like you said…in theory. Those stacks though takes some time and at some point you will get intercepted. Once that happens you will lose valuable time. But if videos starting to pop up with Baraka doing F184/F185 consecutive towers without tower gear then i would definitely pay attention!

I'm one of those person who never rated any of the Baraka's High. A lot think Lizard Baraka is S tier but i just cant see it. He virtually serves no purpose to me. I've never used him in any difficult tower battles and once he's iso and can tag in and out he's basically cooked. He fights like a coward and depends on tag in too much.

I agree with the list, I don't think Dark Raiden's passive works in Dark Magic battles anymore. I believe Kosplay Jacqui is a pretty underrated player. If you ask me, her Scorpion form is the best for team fire and team damage on SP2.
