The philosophy of MK is far above your comprehension, JZ is not a technocrat. He send technocrats to solve problems, he is a true leader. When I was training as a technician a wise engineer once said to me "A leader is one who gets the work done through the efforts of other people". If I would add to that i Would say "A manager battles to solve problems through trial and error and end up messing". It is for that reason that you will not find JZ busy with companies and livestock like buffalos competeing with subordinates for resources. He is not a manager, he is a leader.
