In RIGGS (or R1665) story of The VG Exiles Sonya was in a relationship with Sub-Zero and he teaches how to master ice manipulation before he dies. Cammy simply has her normal psycho-powers from when she worked for M.Bison (shes from an alternate reality where Shadowlaw isn't evil and use psycho-power as an energy source or sorts) where she also master her use of psycho-power.

Looks like Proxicide has some competition! This is an extraordinary improvement over your first production (which wasn't too shabby itself) and utilizes a wonderful array of moves and tactics, though I note that Sonya is a much more defensive fighter than Cammy. My only criticisms: There are a few points where the fight slows down (block blows, then a pause), and the end of the fight was a bit anticlimactic. But these don't take away from the kinetic splendor of it all. Nice work!
