you can do a solid lifter conversion but at this point, just put a 288 and go turbo

Solid lifter can be used for daily it came out on some models not sure which they only say it isn't daily drivable because of the big cam just like some would say hydraulic lifter isn't daily drivable with 288 cam because of less down low torque with carb hardly noticeable my 1.8 8v i had at a while back had 300° cam with solid lifter head and single 40mm sidedraft just wasn't much fun in traffic because of it being super rev happy

Hi Jon B. Was upset got a 298 camshaft hydraulic now hopefully. Was told it's hydraulic. But still have to cut the cylinder head on the top. Can only do it next year. Thanks for your support.

I have a complete 2.0 2E engine with APK crossflow head I wanna sell fuel injection unfortunately management was stolen out the car also have a dgg gearbox but not getting clutch on it

Hi Dylan. Try gearbox specialist they are very good. Closed for now next year try them
