Good work man! I also have a mk1 budget build that needs body work. How much can you advise me to budget for such work?

Thanks...well what I can tell you is that body work is quite pricey especially material cost, full respray starts from 10k depending on the amount of work that needs to be done and price of touch ups ranges aswell depending on what needs to be done....always opt for quality work and not have it cheaply done as it might look good for a while when done cheap but won't last very long and will end up having to redo it and spend even more doing it for 2nd or 3rd time etc...hope this helps.

Slm musta What disc did you use to get the rust off

Wslm, I used 36 gritt sanding disc to see how far the rust has gone and then I used a cutting disc afterwards to cut out the rust.
