MK1 - Premium Store Update & Warrior Shrine (Mortal Kombat 1)

In this premium shop update of Mortal Kombat 1 we will also be looking over the newly discovered Warrior Shrine and Online practice modes. The warrior shrine has existed in the game for some time, but it is now getting attention for what is being found within in it. Khaos Reigns looks to include both Online Practice and the Warrior shrine based off fan findings. The shop this week includes Sub-Zero, Ermac, Rain, Mileena, Quan Chi, Raiden, and Scorpion. It's a great week for returning players wanting to grab klassic skins.

4:27 I love this skin. It's my favorite look for Raiden. Dark Raiden's Silver palette is also really damn good too (it looks like a redeemed or Titan version of Dark Raiden). But yeah, Teahouse Regular is just so stylish for a casual Raiden.

I got the Sub-Zero Announcer Voice and 750 Dragon Crystals from playing Onslaught and I have no idea what to buy, perhaps I should wait and you can Buy Skins and Gears in the Shrine at any time, they don’t go anywhere, they just simply add more.

I'm holding 700 right now. I almost got Quan Chi; but I'm thinking... Khaos Reogns may bring some wild skins in the first weeks even so I'd rather wait and see. Also yes you're right - sometimes certain skins or gear don't return for a very long time though. Rare that it happens, but it does for some. Kameo Kung Lao (MK3) popped in S1 and didn't come back until S7 in the shrine, and had just an appearance or two in the store 😬 They cherry pick a couple to use fomo with it seems.

Online practice is a feature i am also looking forward to; among many other things, it's a great way to get people into low level competitive

Exactly ✊ MK1 has that little extra push in skill imo. Compare it to the widely accepted success of MK11 and the learning curve is a bit more steep with the kameos, air kombat, and timing. I know some will disagree, but many will agree and I think you're nailing it on including those picking up on how to play more in depth how to connect more competitvley/immersive even if it is just for fun ✊

​@@EarthRealm mk11 was definitely casual friendly I think that's why casual like it but I'm glad they didn't do that this time. Mk is at it's best when the gameplay is fast and has combo's. Like mk9 and mkx.

You can always check my previous store rotations in my playlist of each week to see what pattern they've brought him in and out. I dont play reptile but I love him and had to get his UMK3 skin, its a must 💚 grabbed it so I could have for when I do play him!

It's definitely came late lmao - however it won't be practice mode from the sounds of it that comes from warrior shrine. They were found with files packed separately within their own titles

This is because you may have a gear piece or skin. Certain bundles are marked independently

Certain bundles (Like UMK3 or movie skin) have universal prices that are the same for all, but many other are subjective per player based on what skins/gears they have

Yes sir, just a few days ago. Next I'm doing tournaments with prizes (gift cards most likely). Categorizing two groups to compete within eachother live. One group being really skilled and the other being average/casual. Anyone interested joining these Small tournaments should join our livestreams to play me so I can get an idea of the players skill level and then ill bracket names together for those interested :)

@@jsly6 dang good question man; I'm not sure but I imagine quite a bit. I'm assuming new skins relating to khaos reigns for many characters. The 4 coming out are free pre-order bonuses and I know you already know that but that makes me think if we're already getting 4 for free for just getting the game I bet we can expect a decent amount of premium store merch in yeat 2. They slowed down the store for season 6 & 7 in an early stop to focus on Khaos Reigns content. Thats why our shrine has been quiet the past 2 seasons, skins being drip fed free, and at least we got some free movie skins out of it too :) Long answer short I dont know how much but I think if we're trying to get all the content we can expect a good amount. I do hope at least. I look forward to more variety 🔥

@@Coffee3VR Such a good question. I hope they don't try to sweep it under the rug like we won't notice 🧐 It came with our MK3 sub but wasn't able to be used! So hopefully we can at least get some kind of unique mask to be included with the skin, because its still a reward for something we did.
