Well he is not exacly a normal human the two ghostface are suppose to be characters of other mortal kombats that's why he has powers, and is not like mortal kombats respect power that much ermac was suppose to be a big deal and it was defeated very easy, if mortal kombat follow the power of the characters liu kang next to omni man would be untouchable

You think ghostface is weird? Figure THAT out. At least there's a small justification that billy has The black dragon helping him, so he's not doing this on his own.
