Hannah Montana Yes, if you listen, Baraka usually sounds a lot deeper due to modulation. Steve Blum used his Reptile Voice (since he voiced the character in MKX) for Baraka which you could tell here and when MK11 was still in Beta. However, I believe it's also an Homage to the Batman Arkham series, due to the fact that Steve Blum provided the voice for Killer Croc.
