Streamers who also post on KZbin are limited by the maximum quality available via Twitch. The source of these type of videos are the Twitch VODs. Send your frustrations in Twitch's direction. Streamers could screen record their gameplay separately... but then you'd need to sync audio, add player cam, add chat overlay, etc. Would not be simple (maybe impossible) to recreate the experience you get from watching the stream. Keep in mind TGLTN and most other pros do not even play anywhere close to 4k resolution! Higher bitrate would be nice.

Even if it were that simple, I imagine it's much easier for an editor to grab the Twitch VOD than rely on a streamer to reliably send/upload hundreds of gigabytes of data. Popular streamers and most pros do not edit/upload their own content.
