This is about 2 weeks work. Researched and put a ton of time into 6 or 7 other, super obscure games that didn't make it into the video because the combo systems didn't allow for 100% combos or they did but only because of infinite combos that lasted too long and weren't interesting.
If you notice me randomly holding buttons through some of the combos, I ended up having to bind some of 2 players inputs to the stick in an effort to get a manual auto block (so I'd hold a button that was 2P's 'right' input, so they'd block if I messed anything up). This was to ensure that all the combos were legit.

Has anyone else heard of 'Dark Edge'? it's the game @1:55. Did a ton of research into some obscure fighting games before putting this together but that one stands out. It looks amazing for being released in 1993, has a weird system and is a fully 3d game but with 2d sprites. There's not much info on it available online from what I can tell and I'm tempted to make a more in-depth video on it. Would anyone be interested in watching that? Please comment here if so. Thanks everyone!

In the Dark Edge combos you'll notice I immediately start holding a button after the first hit too (which made that 2nd one stupidly difficult). There I'd mapped Player 2's 'back' input to ensure the combos were legitimate. This is the kind of quality control you can expect from desk combo industries ltd.

Why is one of the characters in Twin Goddesses a Mortal Kombat-esque photoscan while the other characters are cartoons? 🤨
@LeeONardo

For whatever reason, the two main heroines and the final boss are played by actresses while the other characters are all sprites. Angel Eyes funnily enough is similar, for some reason there are sprites of all the characters but some of them also have a pre rendered 3D version too.

I'm sure others have mentioned it, but any Avengers combo that relies on a stun isnt actually an infinite if the opponent has enough meter to call an assist and interrupt you. There's a fun burst, couterburst style rps system to it so long combos happen a lot less often
