hey brother!! a year later but your content is still relevant here! any ideas how to remove the old plunger and spring piece if they get left in the hole?

You will need a thin pic and do your best picking it out. Just be careful not to scrape the wall because it can cause a leak

update, got the spring and the old oring out, there was no plunger which was odd to me lol. but everything was replaced and drove it until it was warm and after a few startups while warm i’m back at full performance

Do you happen to know where is the cable connected from? Mine got disconnected, and a "mechanic" connected it directly to the battery, so now I have a massive current leak. I want to know where it should be connected.
