This is my first instructional video, so I apologize in advance. I could not find a good video online to show the removal. So, I decided to make a quick tutorial to help the next person. Thanks for watching!

Thanks for the instructional video, I'm losing clutch pressure in my R32 and this was a good resource to watch before checking my lines👍

What about the spring on top how does that come off

This video helped me a lot, I would not have known where to start if I hadn't watched it, so thank you Matthew! But like @djeazyg96 I too found out that there is a step missing in this video. Like the little "lock" at the bottom that has to be turned counterclockwise to take it off, there is a similar one on top, but that same "lock" is where one end of the spring sits on, so I don't think you can turn it unless you remove the spring. I ended up removing the whole pedal assembly to be able to remove the spring and then the "lock" on top. It looks like the car in the video did not have the spring or the lock. I wish there would be a way to do it without removing the whole assembly, but I couldn't find one. The pedal assembly has another above the spring, and there is bracket bolted onto both clutch and brake pedals that has to be removed.

You are correct about the clutch-over spring information missing. If you don’t know about it you break it’s bushing. It is a $5-10 part that stops the repair until you can get a replacement. A minor part creates a major problem.
