@@6uiltdifferent yeah fairly sure, the kit says it's for a bunch of duratec engines including the 1L. There's a narrow pin for the little hole on the crankshaft, and another pin that's long. Then there's a slightly shorter fatter one which I'm presuming is the correct bit

@DriveWithAndy3 жыл бұрын
@@6uiltdifferent not sure where the engine mount is, but i would like it to just be to the left, even if the black plastic cover can go and the wires just cable tied to run above or below the front of the inlet would be good. That way when i have my Gold Rocke Cover it would look so much nicer
@6uiltdifferent3 жыл бұрын
@@DriveWithAndy it’s hidden under the coolant bottle and I’m sure the plastic part is two pieces clipped together so it’s probably possible

You don't need to extend any wires but you do need to strip the existing conduit from the loom quite a bit to where the wires all meet at the front of the inlet manifold down on the right hand side. You can then separate the cable that goes to the alternator and run it infront of the inlet manifold underneath the engine mount. Re wrap it in conduit and tape and cable tie it away from the accessory belt
